We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders! Deon's Design Gallery ships all domestic orders FREE via the United States Postal Service, Priority Insured. Standard shipping is 7 to 10 days. For out-of-stock items, please allow 2 to 3 weeks.

International customers, please email deon@deonsdesign.com for shipping charges.

It is your responsibility to provide us with an address that can accept United States Postal Service deliveries. If we are unable to successfully deliver your package(s) due to customer refusal, customer negligence, or incomplete shipping information and your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email. If we do not get a response within 10 days, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Ordering Process

Our orders are processed securely by Paypal, the web's #1 payment system. PayPal is a secure, safe, and easy way to make payments. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase, or you can use your existing PayPal account to pay.

Simply click the "add to cart" button and your item will be added to your shopping cart. When you are finished adding items to your cart, proceed to check out via Paypal. You can use a PayPal account or click "I don't have a Paypal account." Fill in your payment and shipping information and click to continue. Review your order and information and finalize the order.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuation in the price of precious metals.

Complementary Gift Boxes

We ship all items in a deluxe jewelry box. We will add a personalized greeting card if you request it when ordering. This service is complementary.

Returns and Exchanges

Deon's Design Gallery wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, call us at 541-771-2255 or email deon@deonsdesign.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. We do not accept returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization Number.

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges on any merchandise sent back to us after 15 days of receipt of original purchase.

Items must be in their original packaging, brand new, and unused. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any used or worn merchandise.

Shipping charges will be applied to exchanges. We highly recommend you request insurance and delivery tracking when shipping your return or exchange to us. Please ship your return/exchange to the following address:

Holiday Season Ordering

We produce a large stock of jewelry for the holiday season and ship continuously right up to Christmas and New Years Day.
